Can't scroll down in notes

Okay, so I can scroll up and down for notes I'm making, but for notes I've made I can't scroll down in them. Can someone tell me if this is a bug, or am I just being stupid?

This has recently been addressed in e0443026e6f6bcb9dea8e3b730416064c4000f4f. A new Scrollable component got introduced, which will fix this issue once Note Stash gets updated.
