Can I run this on a .bin file?

I have my chromebook's firmware/bios whatever it is on a 16MB .bin file and I was wondering if I could somehow modify that with this. I dont really have a reason for this besides maybe flashing the ROM chip with this file to bypass WP.

WP has nothing to do with the firmware image itself, there is nothing to modify
