Add browsers section in readme and browsers compatibility

I think it's helpful to users if we describe what browsers are supported. I confirmed it works on Firefox/Chrome and doesn't work on Edge/IE11 so far. I haven't tried other browsers yet. As <model-viewer> does, Edge/IE11 might work with some polyfills?

On my iPod touch + Safari

  • <img-360> works but can't be into fullscreen mode
  • <video-360> doesn't display anything

On my Android (Galaxy S8+) + Chrome, they work fine.

On my Android (Galaxy S8+) + Firefox

  • <img-360> works fine even in fullscreen mode
  • <video-360> doesn't start to play

It seems <video-360> may have a problem with playing on some mobile browsers?
