Problems with those $10 transport gates on maps

Issue: When looking at the map, the line connecting transport gates doesn't render unless one gate is onscreen, even if you're currently travelling along said line. Also, sometimes the lines are doubled

Repro:

  1. Open the map
  2. Zoom in
