GitHub Sort Content no longer works when logged in

GitHub has recently changed the layout of the repo #files page, and the script no longer works. I tried to fix it myself, but my js knowledge is quite limited and the changes are quite extensive. Any suggestions?

Hey Rob, any chance you might be able to fix them? I've found them to be invaluable especially the ZIP one, and can't believe that GH hasn't natively updated by now to include this common-sense functionality (such as adding the commit to the code DL, etc.).

Again, I know you're super-busy but nobody I've met (including me, unfortunately) understands the inner-workings of the GH site like you do! Thanks!

I've started slowly going through all of the userscripts and updating them. I don't know when I'll get done, but at least I've started.
