[Sort-content] Doesn't work when large numbers in lists contain commas

Hi @GregariousJB!

The sorting userscript uses tinysort to provide the column sorting and it really isn't set up to parse the number values. I've been thinking about rolling my own, or modifying it... but this won't get done any time soon.
