Config for LDO Trident Missing pullup_resistor config

When using the LOD config at defaults for the hotend sensor type the hotend thermistor reports 3x higher than ambient temperature.

Adding the following to the extruder section allowed for the hotend extruder to report the correct temp.

pullup_resistor: 5000
