建议内容 The proposals

增加对Carlife或Carwith 等类似车机软件的支持，车上使用时不太方便

补充一下，Carwith 投屏时会显示横屏，车机只有旋钮控制没有触摸屏时，因为无法滑动页面，无法将播放控制页面切换到歌词页面，左侧封面切换到设置界面也有问题。
