It seems that upstream sizeMB has been renamed to just size. If you can't confirm this change, then please disregard this pull request.
This one requires to create a dosbox config handler for all dosbox games and use winecfg for wine games.
Make the GUI more sensible, no need to list the emulation mode in the main window, just show it in the game card.
external repos work in command line but not in GUI yet.
