Selecting a profile overrides settings and can cause crashes related to input devices

Reproduction steps:

1. Start two instances, one with a controller and one without
2. Go to settings in the instance with a controller and set it as the input device
3. Now select the profile on the instance without
4. Go to settings or start a race, either will cause a crash

Likely resolution:

• Create a unique virtual file for the settings file and each instance, avoiding conflicts
