ColorHighlighter is working here, but you need install ImageMagick-7.0.9-8-Q16-x64-dll.exe, here is the link for Windows x64 systems: https://imagemagick.org/script/download.php Actual version is ImageMagick-7.0.9-9-Q16-x64-dll.exe ("Win64 dynamic at 16 bits-per-pixel component") During the installation process you must select "Install legacy utilities (e.g. convert)"
