Front-end falsely displays a no transcription available error message

As the title suggests, the front-end sometimes gives the "Please ensure the youtube video has a transcript" error message to videos that have subtitles enabled.

This example uses this YouTube video:

A transcript is available but reBlock fails to detect it.
