Error in node repartition for multi span

There seems to be an error in the repartition of transversal beam for mesh_type = "Ortho". Either with num_trans_grid or with multi_span_num_points.

multi_span_dist_list = [11,11.5,11],

It's looks fine with mesh_type = "Oblique" even with a skew =0.
