npm install don't run in the project

I have node 6.9.5 and i can' run npm install command because file package.json doesn't exist in the project

Dude this project is 5 years old running on Sencha Touch 2.2 ..... but anyways you are suppose to run in /server. There is the package.json => https://github.com/ModusCreateOrg/TouchDJ/blob/master/server/package.json

FYI I think this was built with like Node 0.8.0 ... soo yeah don't be surprised if it doesn't boot.
