[BUG] Exception when saving edited image that is in use by other app
Describe the bug When a file is in use by another app and one tries to save an edited file (just save, not save as), one gets the exception below.
Info:
- App version: 3.1.14 (x64)
- OS: Windows 10.0.19042 Build 19042
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open any image file in the facebook browser app (add to post), open the same image in Quick Picture Viewer, crop it and then save it.
Expected behavior Error message that the file is in use and cant be overwritten now.
