[BUG] Opening Files past 260 Character Limit

Describe the bug Since Windows 10 1607, you can get rid of the 260 character limit. Trying to open a file that goes past this limit fails to open.

  • App version: [3.14]
  • OS: [e.g. Windows 10 20H2]

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable file paths over 260 Characters in regedit.
  2. Open a file that has a file path over 260 Characters,
  3. See error
