I have error, when I want to open the project

Version 4.1.00 Build: 202009292130 System: win32 (10.0) Architecture: x86_64 Windows 10 I took a video from the screen and took a screenshot, which I attach to this message in the archive. I also saw an error message when I wanted to save the project before closing or when I closed the program after that (I don't remember exactly). The project uses inscriptions in Russian.
