Can I run this open source project offline?

I am on travel and I want to run this project on offline PC. Is it possible?

Of course, Modelio Open source only allows project stored locally i.e. on your PC.

I am curious if it doesn't require any dependencies that needs to be downloaded. I want to run this project on offline PC from scratch.

No dependencies once you have installed Modelio on your PC.
