[MODEL] Intern vl2 support

Just tried to merge this and getting some issues on preprocess_dataset, which seems to expect question and answer keys. Any plans to merge this into mainline? I've been anxious for InternVL2 support in a quantizer for a long time.

looking forward to quantize internvl after this pr merged. Hope the maintainer can do something.
