[BUG] Duplicate filters

Describe the bug Somehow the mod sorting lagged my game, then it duped the filters

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Mod Menu
2. Press the down arrow next to the search bar in fast acceleration

Expected behavior Crash/Freeze the game

• OS: Windows 10 LTSC
• Minecraft version: 1.18.1
• Version : v1.2.2

Log files should be posted as files via drag'n'drop Latest log: latest.log

Crash-report (if any): No crashes. for now

Additional context The reproduction may or may not work, I stumbled on this bug randomly.
