Feature Request: way to specify environment variables when generating an Xcode scheme

Not sure if this is already possible but I couldn’t find a way to do it. It would be great to specify environment variable key/value pairs when ‘rules_xcodeproj’ is generating a scheme.

I think this can be done with ‘xcscheme’ but not with ‘xcode_scheme’
