Support for Xcode 14.x

As of 4fd6d12 Xcode 13.3 is the latest one supported. A lot of us are already on Xcode 14.x so worth following the UPDATE guide to add support for it.

I guess the question here is if we want to add support for all 14.x version or only the latest?

I'll accept updates to support newer Xcode versions, but I'm currently rewriting the project (with an unspecified first public commit date, though at least a few weeks out) to have a different multiple Xcode version support model (which will support Xcode 14.1+).

Ok, thx for the context, def not suggesting we push for that now. Intent was to add as a thing to do in that project. Since you're rewriting I assume that's already covered then!
