Left tab arrow hidden behind expanding button

screen shot 2017-02-03 at 5 43 31 When I have enough tabs open to activate the tab arrows, the left arrow gets hidden behind the button to expand the window.

There is not enough space between these two buttons and I cannot access the left arrow.

OS: OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 (15G1217) Firefox version: 51.0.1
