[desktop_drop] Not support sub window on MacOS

I use desktop_drop in a sub window created by desktop_multi_window plugin, not work at all.

Looking at the MacOS implementation in DesktopDropPlugin.swift it seems that the plugin is not designed for multiple windows, because the DropTarget is created only once for the mainFlutterWindow at plugin registration time. Instead it should be created per window.
