Revamp actions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Looking at the current actions that we have now, I noticed that a lot of them (like new tabs and new windows) can be done with already defined shortcuts. My initial idea for actions was to automate things that you would normally require you to use the mouse or require multiple keypresses. Down the line, my desire was for users to be able to define their own actions that work well with them and could be conditional and a bit more complex. With this realization, it might be better that we work towards this for the 1.0 release.

Describe the solution you'd like Detailed above. Overall this would require a holistic approach and a lot of planning and discussion

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be to add more actions (like Save Window For Later and Close Other Tabs) and maybe adding more context-based actions. Though these might be powerful, I still think they can become more intuned with the user and how they use their browser. The entire philosophy of the extension is to serve the user, and I think this might be one way we achieve this.

Additional context This is definitely up for debate. Right now, my plan was to ship the actions as is and listen to user feedback in the beta, and add this feature later down the line. Your thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated!

Just to clarify, the current actions will stay in place - the actions modal provides allows the user to do multiple actions from one shortcut that they would normally have t remember multiple shortcuts for.
