Punycode branch drops some 0s when setting from an IP address

After discussing with my colleagues no one seems to recollect choosing that branch to begin with. It may have been mistakenly downloaded.

calling exe from ssh on WSL2 will cause `UtilAcceptVsock:244: accept4 failed 110`

I get this on occasion and removing `"credsStore": "desktop.exe"` from ~/.docker/config.json fixes it.
