[Suggestion] Make multi-file select

gonna need a bit of reworking for drag and drop and possibly new ui for when you drag and drop stuff, possibly need to make it so that apps can say "set the currently dragging files to this list" but will require some permission I haven't thought of yet.

seems a lot more do-able now, just need to figure out a good ui for when you are dragging a ton of files, maybe just layering some of them and writing a number of how many

then i'll need a way for apps to handle having a shit ton of files dropped on them
