Open file dialog's navigation pane is gone, While Save file dialog's navigation pane remains intact. (Build 26252)

Starting from Build 27685, The issue got automatically fixed?? I don't know how it's possible..

Description

I can't find what's wrong even though i tried different methods (such as replacing files, downgrading rectify11, etc)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Windows 11 26252
2. Install the latest action build of Rectify11
3. After installing, try opening the "Open File" dialog and see how it looks like.
