Recent Canary Windows Build (26236) is conflicting with the task manager modification

26236 seems to have changed the task manager logic, yet again

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download 26236 iso (somehow)
2. Install it and see the native task manager
3. Apply the taskmgr24h2.exe.mun to the normal one
4. See what happens
