@XiaotingChen Xiaoting, could we wait until after I run the newest batch of IBD predictions? I just want to make sure this works before committing the change.

No worries. I am just validating some fully containerized environment for maxATAC, and this fix is the last piece I'll need. But I can validate the changes using alternatives.

@XiaotingChen Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this! I just tested the --threads option and it seems to work. I will let you know if I experience any other issues. Thanks!
