Assigned to OS Releae 1.4 since it will require some changes in filesystems and partitions.
Not yet sure if this is going to be fixed in 1.3 release. Might fall to 1.4 milestone.
This is going to be next major issue I'm going to work on. If anybody wants to do it earlier please feel free to start.

Moved ATA/IDE PCI drivers to OS Release 1.4. It needs more work done. Instead improvements for ATA PIO mode drivers are added for 1.3 OS Release.

@Suryced Yes, sourcecode provided here is mostly for referencing how it works, not really for building. We don't have (yet) whole set of tools needed for building released. Cannot also...
