Could you please realease the configuration files of RetinaNet_SPPNet and CascadeNet_SPPNet?

Sry, I lost those configurations after graduation. You may replace FPN with SSFPN in RetinaNet.py to re-implement them. (btw, weight negative sampler can be used in CascadeNet, Retinanet cannot)
