Empty Max Players

Current Behavior?

In the settings tab, if you set the max players property to nothing and press save, a popup comes up saying it successfully updated the properties. And if you actually go to server.properties, it shows max players as 20. And if you actually ping the server, it shows a blank MOTD with the network's player count. And if you try and join the server through the ip, it just takes you to the lobby. And using the /join command, it says sending you but just does nothing.

What should happen?

When trying to set the max player count or any setting to nothing, it should just not let you and come up with an error.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to the settings tab
2. Change the "max players" setting to nothing and press save
3. Restart the server
4. Try pinging the server and joining it to see it does what is described above
