More /ad cooldown for higher ranks, due to the ad botting, you cant see any people that arent patrons's ads

The Chat wont get flooded

This seems like a kick-the-can-down-the-road solution. The chat will still be flooded with ads because some servers have at least 10 accounts and normal players will be mad. This is at best a temporary patch. For reference, a 3 minute cooldown with 10 accounts is optimally 1 ad every 18 seconds. Might make more sense to pursue a different solution.

I like the way #900 suggests it better. This just seems like it might fix it for awhile, but it will also be really annoying for the small servers.
