Mouse move lag/accuracy and Power Saver

With UPDATE 3.0.1.40 USMDisplay_Windows 3.0.1.40

the lag in accurate Mouse movement is quite annoying. I have a fast Ryzen processor, what can I tune to improve responsiveness? Also, how to improve the video lag?

Also, the screen turns off due to power saver if the mouse cursor is not on that screen, whereas laptop still is on. How to stop powersaver problem?

Maybe someone could improve this configuration file, adding explanations in the settings or what they are configuring, maybe it would help with something for each user

or even create a documentation about this config! idk
