Adding spaces when streaming inline
When streaming responses inline onto apps, in this case Microsoft Outlook, it adds inappropriate additional spaces between words where it is not required. See response given below as an example of this:
"Subject : Susp icious traffic / activities detected Dear IH IS Monitoring Team , Thank you for your email . However , it has come to my attention that this email seems to be a junk email for several reasons : 1 . ** Sender 's Email Address ** : The sender 's email address (IH ! S Computer Monitoring @ ihi is .com .sg ) appears suspicious and inconsistent with the usual format of official NHS email addresses . Typically , official emails from NHS -related entities should come from recognized and trusted domains . 2 . ** In cons ist encies ** : There are noticeable ty pos and formatting issues in the email , such as " IH ! S " and " Monitor ng Team " which are un professional and not typical in official communication . The date format and use of unexpected characters are also red flags . 3 . ** Urg ent Action Request ** : The email urges the recipient to activate a new account urgently , which is a common tactic used in phishing emails to create a sense of urgency and prompt h asty actions without proper verification . 4 . ** Email Rep lication Claim ** : The claim that a new account has been created and emails have been replicated without prior consent or notification is highly un orth odox and raises security concerns . Generally , such actions would require user involvement and proper authorization protocols . For these reasons , I will not be activating any accounts or following any instructions provided in this email . I recommend treating this email with caution and reporting it to the appropriate IT security team within NHS Trust for further investigation . Best regards , "
