Add output of averaged DOS correlation data

Currently, when using a correlated Gaussian DOS, the program outputs DOS correlation data for each independent simulation in the group. It might be better to average the correlation data from each and output the average DOS correlation data similar to how most other metrics are averaged among all runs to get better statistics.

Output data file should also include column headers.
