Feature request: Add mass-block-scan method to debug card

Currently it takes a tick to check each block with debug card. With .scan() method (like geolyzer's one) program will be able to check a zone of certain size in 1 tick, allowing to build maps faster (for example, for saving a house model to build it somewhere else afterwards).
