Fix trouble #3364 by using apache http. As example, it allow to use PATCH http method: https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/rest/reference/gists#update-a-gist

This PR fails to reproduce the HTTP proxy support present in OpenComputers. Is there a reason for that?
