Screen tessellating crash with Project: Red/Forge Relocation

Has happened several time, doesn't seem to affect all screens, and doesn't always happen(can sometimes go 2-3 days without a crash, othertimes crashes every 20mins).

Affects multiple users on the server, but not all at the same time. (Usually 1 person will crash, 5-10mins later another will, some have never crashed from it, some always do within 5mins of being near the screen)
