Remove SVK
Following a 6 month waiting, no one showed up to say they are still using SVK CVS. So I think it's safe to remove it.
The changes must:
- Remove SVK
- Update the documentation
Old text:
~~SVK seems not to be used anymore, there is no official website (metacpan in the README is a search engine for Perl) and the latest change is from 2010.~~

May 2022 has come and no one showed up, I'll remove SVK then.
I don't think I can deprecate it (as I have no easy way of telling the user that SVK is not supported anymore, and also apparently no one is using this CVS)
