Why the fsdnerf cannot address the slow or fixed camera motion

Thanks for awesome work! After reading your paper, The discusion part says that your work does not work for fixed or small camera motion And I don't find a reasonable explanation in your paper.I really want to know why it fails in such situation. looking forward to your reply
