Add "Click to add/remove categories" or similar text to weapon chart page

Issues understanding the chart initially have been a constant source of closed feedback. While everyone gets it eventually, its a common theme to have to tinker with it for a bit rather than understanding it innately, A small piece of text regarding this may solve the issue.
