Status of WebM, Opus, VP9 support for video and audio elements
According to the blog, WebM, Opus, and VP9 are supported only when used with Media Source Extensions, but not with <video> or <audio> elements. So can we split each of these entries* into two entries, one for MSE and another for video/audio elements?

MSE uses the video/audio element, so that wouldn't be the right way to denote this. Let me check with the media team on the best way to describe this.
@jacobrossi Any updates on this one?
Note that this has changed in recent months with the addition of the Web Media Extensions pack; things seem to work in <video> and <audio> as directly-loaded files now. But I'm not 100% sure whether Web Media Extensions can be relied on as always-installed as of 1803 (it is also possible to manually uninstall it).
