What Constitutes "changes or updates the SCEP profile."

A SCEP certificate is revoked when:

- An administrator changes or updates the SCEP profile.

Can you help me under stand what constitutes a "Change or Update" to a SCEP includes? Does it mean changes to the certificate parameters or does this also include changing the group assignment? For example if I add a second group assignment (Example: "Windows Group A and change it to "Windows Group A" and "Windows Group B") will that require that all devices revoke and get a new certificate?
