Registers an unload listener & Page prevented back/forward cache restoration

Describe the bug All of my websites are built in DNN and apparantely use ASP.NET Ajax (I am not technical - just ideas & project aims) All of my sites are registering an unload listener due to ScriptResource.axd:5

I am reliably (I think) told that this is a system issue and we can not fix it.

It is causing my sites to be down graded in Google lighthouse report.

To Reproduce go to www.shopsmart.website run Google lighthouse on desktop, scroll down to DIAGNOSTICS - Page prevented back/forward cache restoration 1 failure reason and Best Practices - Registers an unload listener

Expected behavior I don't know? I am hoping that posting on here will be picked up by a Microsoft expert who will either fix this script or give me the information to pass on to my team so that they can repair it???

we have same problem on the websites on asp.net 4.8 technologies ? how can solve this? where we can submit this issue? all asp.net cms have bad light house score because of this
