No edit icon on translated document

Describe the bug I was reading this document Scegliere un'interfaccia utente Web ASP.NET Core which represents the Italian translation from the original Choose an ASP.NET Core web UI.

As the translation is very badly written, I wanted to help improve it. Nevertheless, no "pencil" icon is shown, differently from the original English version, so it is impossible to contribute.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/aspnet/core/tutorials/choose-web-ui?view=aspnetcore-3.1
2. Scroll the whole page, there is no "pencil" icon or any clear link to go and modify the document

Expected behavior A pencil icon should be shown in the upper-right corner of the article, near the title.
