always display the docs in the same language

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am currently residing in a non english speaking country. Google spits out links to the localized doc page. I personaly like to do coding related things in english. Due to that clash i always need to switch the language of the docs page, and that takes time and it reloads...

I would love to just keep the page in english. My OS and browser are set to english but due to the localisation beeing persisted in the url i always get a non english page.

Describe the solution you'd like I would love to persist the localisation to unlocalise the documentation. Personaly i would love to set a cookie with the language that is getting displayed.

Describe alternatives you've considered As i am assuming that url persisted localisation increases cache hits and retrieving a client stored language setting increases load and latency. Alternatively i propose a "FORCE-ENGLISH" cookie, and as soon as the client evaluates, it emulates the click on "change language".
