Date format inconsistencies accross clients

Date formatting in adaptive cards works correctly in almost all clients for us except the Windows Outlook Client. Here are the outputs of the same card for different clients;

- OWA Client (works fine)

- Teams Bot Framework (works fine)

- Windows Outlook Client (doesn't replace the placeholders)

Is this expected or am I missing something?

The version of the Windows client is: Version 2104 (Build 13929.20296)
