Better way to move "note cards" around

There should be a simple hotkey to click and drag note cards around rather than relying on the "move handle" at the top of each card. Reasons:

• More productivity
• If a card overlaps another it isn't a pain to have to scroll to the top of the overlapping card to move it out of the way.
